This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data.

  • processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the administrator pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) RODO – defense against claims.

Due to the above, your data will be processed for a period of 6 years from sending or receiving correspondence.

The Data Controller will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Not submitting data will result in the lack of the possibility of sending the newsletter.
