Monnari is a Polish fashion brand which has been catering to women who appreciate elegance and feminine silhouettes for nearly 20 years. A wide range of clothes and accessories is available in 164 Monnari boutiques across Poland.

The challenge

How to connect worlds of online and offline shopping?

Recently, the Polish fashion industry for women has experienced exponential growth, not only offline but primarily in eCommerce. To stay relevant in this new, dynamic landscape Monnari had to develop an online shop front. The added challenge? The brand’s target customers are women in their 40s and 50s who traditionally prefer shopping in bricks-and-mortar stores.

The Solution

Store Locator

Monnari decided to implement BRIDGE to increase the visibility of its traditional stores alongside its eCommerce platform. This way customers can easily locate boutiques while using the Store Locator on the company’s website. What is more, each boutique has a dedicated Local Page with address information, opening hours, services and offers. From within the Local Page, customers can browse through the offers and buy items directly on the eCommerce platform.
